絶縁ブロツク１５の中に埋設され、同絶縁ブロツ
ク１５から引き出された導電路１１の両端とコン
デンサ１３のリード部１４の先端側が偏平に形成
され、これら導電路１１の両端部とリード部１４
の偏平部分が絶縁ブロツク１５の一つの面に添え
られ、同面上に出力端子１６，１６とアース端子
