一対の電極と、その鍔外面の中央部に設けられた
アース端子となる電極とを有する誘電体材料から
なるコアと、 このコアに巻装され、その一対の引き出し線が
前記入出力端子となる一対の電極にそれぞれ接続
されたコイルと、 前記鍔外面の入出力端子となる電極間にまたが
つて設けられた皮膜抵抗体と、 この皮膜抵抗体と前記アース端子となる電極と
