Claims (1)
- 第１の線路１の一端を分岐して第２および第３
の線路２，３を形成し、前記線路分岐点より使用
周波数の４分の１波長隔てた前記第２線路２と前
記第３線路３間にアイソレーシヨン抵抗器４を設
けて成る高周波電力分配、整合回路において、前
記第２と第３の線路２，３を一部切開したリング
状パターンに形成し、前記切開部５に前記アイソ
レーシヨン抵抗器４を設けたことを特徴とする高
周波電力分配、合成回路。
