[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention is based on the structure of a core for supporting an elevator machine room and an elevated water tank in high-rise buildings such as condominiums. It concerns the structure of a free-standing core.

In the first place, the core supports heavy objects such as the elevator machine room and the elevated water tank, so it must have a fairly strong and large-scale structure. However, in the past, this core was installed inside the residential wing of a building, which placed considerable restrictions on the planar area of the residential building, and structurally, stress concentration and eccentricity had to be taken into account. Because of this, it was difficult to standardize the housing section, leading to increased costs. In order to solve this problem, a so-called free-standing core, in which the core is separated from the residential building of the building, has been proposed. However, even in such a self-supporting core, the core itself was constructed using the conventional concrete pouring method.
The drawback was that it required complicated work such as temporary frame construction, and it took a considerable amount of time.

The present invention was developed in order to eliminate these conventional drawbacks, and it has developed a structure for a self-supporting core that can be constructed relatively easily and in a short time without sacrificing the advantages of a self-supporting core. This is what we intend to provide.

To explain the embodiment of the present invention based on illustrative drawings, 1 is a condominium which is an example of a high-rise building, 2 is a residential building, and 3 is a self-supporting core provided independently from the residential building 2. It is. To explain the structure of this core 3 in detail, reference numeral 4 is four inner columns made of steel that are vertically erected, and a PC plate 5 is attached to three inner surfaces of the inner columns 4 by suitable means (for example, as described below). It is attached to the beam 10 with bolts and nuts). The interior of the PC version 5 is configured as an elevator room, and in this embodiment, two elevators 6 are suspended. The machine room 7 for the elevator 6 provided in the upper part and the elevated water tank 8 provided in the upper part are mainly supported by the four inner pillars 4 and the PC board 5. It's summery. On the outside of the four inner columns 4, another four outer columns 9 made of steel are erected, and for each floor, the inner columns 4 are made of steel beams 10 for inner columns, and the outer columns 9 are made of steel. They are also firmly connected to each other by external column beams 11 made of steel, and furthermore, for each floor, the inner columns 4 and outer columns 9 are connected by diagonal beams 12 made of steel. and,
Between the inner column 4 and the outer column 9, in other words, within the space formed outside the inner column 4 and inside the outer column 9,
A prefabricated staircase 13 made of iron plates is installed, and mainly consists of the outer columns 9, diagonal beams 12, and stairs 13.
The structure is designed to withstand wind loads and earthquake loads. In addition, various types of stairs 13 can be used, such as those made of iron plates with various surface finishes such as mortar finish. In short, as long as the main body is made of iron plates, any It can be anything.

As is clear from the above explanation, the self-supporting core according to the present invention has a structure that supports an elevator machine room and an elevated water tank mainly by four inner columns and a PC plate attached to the inner side. Because it is familiar,
Concrete pouring is only required in a very limited area, and compared to conventional systems in which the support structure itself was built sequentially from below by pouring concrete, complicated work such as temporary frame work is no longer required. ,
On-site construction has become simple, easy, relatively inexpensive, and can be completed in a short period of time. moreover,
The structure is such that the external columns, beams, and stairs installed on the outside of the internal columns mainly resist wind loads and earthquake loads, so the construction of these parts is extremely simple, and it is possible to avoid building stairs that are originally required. By using this technology, we have been able to achieve even greater cost reductions.
