本考案は、マンシヨンなどの高層建物におい
て、エレベータ用の機械室と高架水槽とを支持す
るためのコアの構造、さらに詳しくは、このコア
が住棟から独立した構成となつている自立型コア

そもそもコアは、エレベータ用の機械室や高架

の制約を受け、また、構造的には応力集中や偏心
等を考慮しなければならないため、住棟部の標準
化がむずかしく、コストアツプにつながる欠点が
あつた。それを解消するため、コアを建物の住棟
から独立させた、いわゆる自立型コアが提案され
るに至つた。しかし、このような自立型コアにお
いても、コアそのものは、従来通りのコンクリー
ト打設による工法によつて構築されていたので、
仮枠工事などの繁雑な作業が必要となり、工期的

に、内柱4は鉄骨製の内柱用梁10で、外柱9は
同じく鉄骨製の外柱用梁11で、互いに強固に連
結され、さらに各階ごとに、内柱4と外柱9とが
鉄骨製の斜め梁12で連結されている。そして、

る自立型コアの構造であつて、4本の鉄骨製の内
柱を立設し、その内柱の内側にPC版を取付けて
その内部をエレベータ室とし、前記内柱の外側に
さらに4本の鉄骨製の外柱を立設して、各階ごと
に内柱相互間、外柱相互間ならびに内柱と外柱と
の間に鉄骨製の梁を連結し、前記内柱と外柱との
間に鉄板を主体とする階段を設けてコアを構成す
るとともに、前記4本の内柱によつて、その上部
に設けたエレベータ用の機械室と、この機械室の
上部に設けた高架水槽とを支持するように構成し
たことを特徴とする建物における自立型コアの構
