転側永久磁石とよりなる磁気軸受により、同ロー
タ軸の下部をロータ軸方向に負荷能力のあるすべ
り軸受により、回転可能に支持したターボ分子ポ
ンプにおいて、前記磁気軸受の静止側永久磁石及
び回転側永久磁石にリング状の強磁性体を取付け
