Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 釜内に電動機によつて駆動される斜軸を斜
    め上方から挿入し、この斜軸の先端部に前記釜の
    内面に沿う円弧状の支持杆を固定し、この支持杆
    に釜の内面に摺接する可撓性掻取羽根を設けた斜
    軸撹拌機と、釜内に電動機によつて駆動される垂
    直軸を上方から挿入し、この垂直軸に螺旋状撹拌
    翼を設けたスクリユー撹拌機とを備えたことを特
    徴とする食品撹拌装置。 (2) 垂直軸は、正、逆転可能にしてある実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の食品撹拌装置。 (3) 螺旋状撹拌翼は、外側縁部に形成した多数
    の切欠および厚さ方向に貫通する多数の孔の少な
    くとも一方を有している実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項または第２項に記載の食品撹拌装置。
