Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a cosmetic having low skin irritation, giving moderate scrubbing effect and massaging effect, having excellent affinity to the sebum on the skin, high adsorptivity and excellent stability, by compounding a spherical material composed of hydrogenated jojoba oil as a scrubbing agent.
