光源からの入射光の方向に対応して該入射光点を
前記2次元半導体光位置検出器の受光面に形成す
る手段を有する追尾体と、前記追尾体を全方向に
姿勢制御する駆動手段と、前記2次元半導体光位
置検出器の出力に基づいて前記追尾体が光源方向
に向くように前記駆動手段を制御する制御手段と
を具えたことを特徴とする光源追跡装置。 (2) 前記制御手段は、前記2次元半導体光位置
