対角線上の四隅に設けてなり、 上記着座部材および着座受部材は、一方の対角
線上の着座部材およびこの着座部材に着座する着
座受部材を上記テーブルおよびワークパレツトに
固定して設け、また、他方の対角線上の着座部材
およびこの着座部材に着座する着座受部材をその
着座部材および着座受部材の少なくとも一方を着
座時に水平方向に微動可能に設けたことを特徴と
するワークパレツトの固定装置。 (2) テーブルまたはワークパレツトに固定され
る対角線上の２個の着座部材のうち一方の着座部
