、９は排気過給機、１０はＥＧＲ通路、１１はＥ
ＧＲバルブ、１２はバルブケーシング、１３は軸
受ケーシング、１５はダイヤフラム、１６は大気
圧室、１７は負圧室、１９はシヤフト、２０は弁
体、２１は第１の軸受、２２は第２の軸受、２３
は排気室、２４はパイプ、２５は負圧室、２６バ
キユームポンプ、２７はバキユームスイツチング
バルブ、２８は大気開放管である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＥＧＲ通路を開閉する弁部と、弁部を作動する
    ダイヤフラム部と、弁部が貫通しダイヤフラム部
    に隣接して形成された排気室とを備えたことを特
    徴とするＥＧＲバルブ装置。
