記連行される各バケツトの上部開口に臨んで該バ
ケツト内の食品を軽く押下整形する押えプレート
と、この押下プレートを前記バケツトの連行に同
期して一定区画間並走させる移動手段とを有する
ことを特徴とする食品整形装置。 (2) 食品が小分けされためん塊であることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項に記載
した食品整形装置。 (3) 処理室が冷凍室であることを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項又は第(2)項に記載
