Claims (1)
- マイクロストリツプ線路または同軸線路とトリ
プレート構造を有するストリツプ線路との接続箇
所周辺におけるストリツプ導体の両面に設けられ
た誘電体基板の一部を除去し、除去部分を比誘電
率が１かこれに近い誘電体層にしたことを特徴と
するストリツプ線路変換器。
