図は光検出器の変換率と光波長との関係の一例を
示す特性図である。 図において、１は光検出器、２は表示器、４は
光、５は光波長補正回路、６は光学式光フイルタ
、７は光フイルタ移動機である。なお、各図中、
同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

学式光フイルタの拡大図、第３図はこの考案の他
の実施例における光学式光フイルタの拡大図、第
４図は従来の光パワーメータのブロツク図、第５
図は光検出器の変換率と光波長との関係の一例を
示す特性図である。 図において、１は光検出器、２は表示器、４は
光、５は光波長補正回路、６は光学式光フイルタ
、７は光フイルタ移動機である。なお、各図中、
同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。
Claims (1)
- 受光した光量を電気量に変換して出力する光検
出器と、この光検出器の出力によつて上記光量の
表示を行う表示器とを有するものにおいて、相互
に透過波長が異なる複数のフイルタ部を有し上記
光検出器の受光側に移動可能に設けられて受光位
置の上記フイルタ部を選択可能に構成された光学
式光フイルタと、この光学式光フイルタに移動指
令を送り、上記電気量の最大となる受光位置から
受光の波長を検出し、この受光波長に応じた上記
光検出器の変換率から上記電気量を補正する光波
長補正回路とを備えたことを特徴とする光パワー
メータ。
