- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 入射光を光−電気変換する長波長用受光素子と
短波長受光素子とからなる複合形センサと、 前記複合形センサの長波長用受光素子と短波長
用受光素子からの入力電流のうちのいずれか一方
を選択し、出力する切替えスイツチと、 前記切替えスイツチからの出力電流を電圧へ変
換するＩ／Ｖ変換器と、 前記Ｉ／Ｖ変換器の出力信号をアナログ・デジ
タル変換するＡ／Ｄ変換器と、 前記Ａ／Ｄ変換器の出力信号を受けて、これを
演算処理するＣＰＵと、 前記ＣＰＵにどの波長を選択しているのかを知
らせる波長選択キーと、 前記ＣＰＵの出力信号を受けて、選択波長と光
