[Background Art] Laminated decorative veneers are manufactured by laminating veneers obtained by rotary or slicing logs and slicing them. That is, as shown in the second part 1(a), a large number of veneers 1 are stacked with adhesive, and the veneers 1 are pressed between a concave mold 5 having a concave surface and a convex mold 6 having a convex surface, A curved and deformed laminated timber 7 is generated. Then, as shown in FIG. 2(b), by slicing the laminated timber 7 with a knife 8 in a direction intersecting the laminated surface of each board 1, the sliced end surface of each deck 1 and the sliced end surface of the adhesive are shaped like wood 1]. This is to obtain a laminated decorative veneer A that appears on the surface as. In other words, in this way, it is possible to produce a high-quality laminated decorative lit board A with a beautiful wood appearance from low-grade raw wood, and moreover, it is possible to produce a decorative lit board A with a beautiful wood appearance. By changing the concave and convex shapes of the convex edges 6 and 5, various expressions of book [1] can be made, and it can be said that the book [1] is 14r.

In this way, in order to dye the entire veneer 1 in a light color and dye the surface part in a dark color, conventionally, the veneer 1 is first immersed in a light-colored dyeing solution set at a predetermined bath ratio. was permeated into the veneer 1 to stain the entire veneer 1 in a light color, and then a dark color staining solution was applied to the surface of the veneer 1 and dried. However, when dyeing the veneer 1 in a light color using the immersion method, the veneers 1 are placed one after another in the dyeing solution and immersed, so that eluted components from within the veneer 1 are dissolved into the dyeing solution. As the dyeing solution is changed t1, the state of dyeing on the veneer 1 will gradually change, and in order to achieve the same dyeing, extremely difficult management of the dye composition and dyeing time is required. Furthermore, there is a problem in that it is difficult to dispose of dyeing waste liquid that has deteriorated after being used many times. Furthermore, when the veneer 1 is immersed in a dyeing solution, water floats on the surface of the veneer 1, and the distribution of moisture on the surface of the veneer 1 is not uniform. There is also the problem that when the liquid is applied to the surface of the lit plate 1, the amount of application becomes non-uniform. For this purpose, after dyeing the day plate 1 in a light color by dipping,
Attempts have been made to dry the veneer 1 to make the moisture distribution uniform, but drying in this way causes curls to occur on the veneer 1, making it difficult to apply the dark dyeing solution and making the veneer 1 more uniform. This makes coating difficult.

The veneer 1 is obtained by a-tarrying or slicing raw wood, and if necessary, it is decolorized and the humidity is adjusted to a predetermined moisture content. The surfaces of both sides of the veneer 1 are printed. Climb up the surface and apply the staining solution. This dye solution contains a penetration aid. The penetration aid is IFII, a dyeing aid, which has the effect of increasing surface activity and increasing the permeability of the dye into the veneer 1, such as ethylene glycol (EG), polyethylene glycol (r'EG), etc.
, polyethylene glycol methanol (['EGME)
, polyethylene glycol methacrylate-F, etc. can be used. When a dyeing solution containing a penetration aid is applied to both sides of the veneer 1, and several veneers 1 are stacked and subjected to heat treatment (steaming), the dye reaches inside the veneer 1. This means that the veneer 1 is evenly penetrated and fixed, and the entire veneer 1 can be colored uniformly. Here, the veneer 1
In order to dye the entire surface uniformly, the immersion method in which the veneer 1 is immersed in a dyeing solution is advantageous, which was thought to be difficult with the textile printing method, but the present invention solves this problem even with the textile printing method. Uniform dyeing is made possible by incorporating a penetration aid. In this way, light color dyeing is applied to the veneer 1.
After applying it to the entire surface of the veneer 1, apply a dark color dyeing solution to the entire surface of the veneer 1 using a textile printing method. The state of moisture on the surface of the veneer 1 is very uniform, and there is no variation as in the dipping method, and the dark dyeing solution is uniformly applied to the entire surface of the veneer 1. In this way, the tIS1 diagram (,
), it is possible to obtain a colored veneer 1 in which the entire surface of the veneer 1 is dyed in a deep color 2. If a dark dyeing liquid is applied here, if the veneer 1 is placed in a moist heat condition even partially, the applied dye will gradually penetrate into the inside of the veneer 1, so only the surface will be dyed darkly. In order to clearly differentiate the staining from the inside, it is necessary to dry quickly to remove moisture from the staining solution.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 1(b), a band-shaped dark dyeing 2 approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the veneer 1 is formed in an uneven color, or
As shown in Figure (e), if dark colored dyeing 2 is formed in a band shape approximately parallel to the longitudinal direction of the veneer 1 in an uneven color, both sides of the veneer 1 whose moisture content has been adjusted to a predetermined level. Immediately after applying a light-colored staining liquid to the veneer 1, apply a dark-colored staining liquid to the surface of the veneer 1 or both the front and back sides approximately perpendicular to or approximately parallel to the longitudinal direction of the veneer 1. Dyeing is done by stacking several sheets and subjecting them to moist heat treatment. The preferred moisture content of the veneer 1 before being dyed in a light color varies depending on the 01 type and the dye concentration of the dye solution, but generally uniform dyeing is possible after 1 () 0% + 1ii. . In addition, if the target colored veneer is light in color and the dyeing density is light ν1, and when laminating using a moisture-curing adhesive, the moisture content should be set to 0 to 20% and the dyeing solution should be treated with moist heat. In addition, when applying a dark dyeing solution in a band shape as shown in Figure 1 (b) and Figure 1 (c), it is possible to adjust the moisture content to be suitable for lamination. Since the dark colored dyeing solution will be partially applied to the veneer 1, which has been uniformly coated with the dyeing solution, if a large amount of this dark colored dyeing solution is applied, this area will have a higher moisture content than other parts. may become high and the moisture distribution may become uneven.

So, in this case, it is necessary to reduce the water content of the dark dyeing solution, and in order to reduce the water content of the dyeing solution while securing the necessary amount of dye to dye the desired color. It is preferable to devise a formulation such as increasing the dye concentration of the dyeing solution or increasing the amount of auxiliary agents to increase the solubility of the dye.

Laminated decorative veneer A is manufactured using colored veneer 1 that has been dyed in light and dark colors by textile printing as shown in the graph in Figure 5! The surface of l board 1 is dark-colored, and the wood grain is expressed by the shade of dyeing of this veneer 1. For example, from the colored veneer 1 in Fig. 1(a) to the laminated decorative veneer A. ! ! In building,
First, a veneer 1 whose surface is dyed in a dark color as shown in Figure 3(a)
A and a veneer 1b whose surface does not darken are combined, adhesive is applied to these veneers 1a and 1b, and this is formed into molds such as a concave mold 5 and a convex mold 6 in the same manner as in FIG. 2(a). A laminated timber 7 is created by pressing the laminated timber 7 in between, and the laminated timber 7 is further sliced in the same manner as shown in Fig. 2(b), so that the two darkly stained parts are doubled as shown in Fig. fjS3 (b). The dark wood grain part 9 has a dark color, and the two parts are dyed in a dark color. (The light grain part 10 and the two dark dyed parts are all △ in one piece.) The wood grain pattern has a natural feel with the middle wood grain part 11. For example, if colored veneer 1 in Fig. 1(c) is used to create laminated decorative veneer A in the same manner, as shown in Fig. 4. A colored veneer 12 is produced by the two dark dyed parts, and a decorative veneer with a natural feel can be obtained.
