Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve combustion performance and life strength by a method wherein an outer cylinder containing an inner cylinder is formed so as to be divided in front and rear or right and left. CONSTITUTION:An outer cylinder 15 can device in front and rear by removing engaging screws 23, and can repair of change by the inner cylinder 11 is removed and taken off from a groove 18a. Connecting portions 14 is formed so as to be projected at the both ends of the inner cylinder 11 and the inner cylinder 11 is supported by the groove parts 18a, 18b provided on the both ends of the outer cylinder 15, thereby, the bad affection for the combustion due to entering contermination into the combustion place, is avoided and stable combustion is guaranteed. 1を引き出し、修理捷たは部品交換を行わなければなら
なかった。従って内筒1を外筒2から引き出すためには
、内筒1や外筒2の夫々の付属部材も含めて外筒2最小
内寸法より内筒1の最大外寸法が小でなければならない
という構成上の制約があった。このために、燃焼状態の
均一性や完全燃焼あるいは内筒1の赤熱状態の均一性、
輝度面上等を確保し維持するための側風部材等各種部品
の配置や構成が、上記制約内に限定され、この寸法上の
制約故に充分満足し得る性能を得難いという問題点があ
った。また特に第6図の如き偏平形状の内筒1を有する
ものにおいては内筒形状のものに比べて変形し易いにも
係らず、上記制約内でしか補強構造がとれないために、
長期使用に充分耐え得る強度が得難いという欠点もあっ
た。

び前面板17の他側端には連通する係止孔22a、22
bが設けられ、係止ネジ23によって係止される構造と
なっている。

成を制約なしに満足させることが可能となる。また特に
内筒11や外筒16が偏平形状なるものにおいては熱変
形を防止するための補強部材を添装することも任意に可
能ならしめ、長寿命化に大きな効果を有する。
