互いに整合する外周部位置に設けた複数の第一の
円孔には円柱部の上端にフランジ部を設けた金属
ブロツクの円柱部を挿入し、補助板と支持板との
隣り合う第一の円孔の近くの位置には、上端部に
係止板部を有する試料ホルダを挿入できる第二の
円孔を上記第一の円孔と同数設けたことを特徴と
