クラツチアウタと、該入力軸又は出力軸の他方に
連結されたクラツチインナと、該クラツチアウタ
及びクラツチインナ間に介在されこれら両者を摩
擦係合する摩擦係合手段と、該摩擦係合手段を係
合状態に付勢する付勢部材と、該摩擦係合手段の
係合状態を前記付勢部材の付勢力に抗して解除す
る解除手段と、該摩擦係合手段へ潤滑油を供給す
る潤滑油供給手段とを備えたクラツチ装置におい
て、前記摩擦係合手段の係合時の衝撃を緩和する
油圧ダンパを設けたことを特徴とするクラツチ装
