Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 水および複数の原料を供給管を介して冷却
室に供給し、撹拌しながら冷却して冷菓を製造す
る冷菓デイスペンサにおいて、前記冷菓の温度を
直接検知するセンサを、前記冷却室内であつて前
記供給管とほぼ同一円周上に前記供給管に近接し
て、かつ、前記供給管よりも前記撹拌の回転方向
側に設けたことを特徴とする冷菓デイスペンサ。 (2) サーミスタでなるセンサを備えた実用新案
登録請求の範囲第１項記載の冷菓デイスペンサ。
