Claims (1)
- 前面に冷菓抽出器を備え、後部にアイスクリー
ムシエーク等の冷菓の原料ミツクスの流入口を備
えた冷却シリンダと、該シリンダ内に前面板、後
面板、ブレード及び前面板から後面板に至る螺旋
羽根等より成る撹拌装置を回転可能に架設した冷
菓製造機において、前記抽出器から冷却シリンダ
内方に延在し、後端を前記後面板の回転中心に支
持した撹拌固定部材を設けた事を特徴とする冷菓
製造機の撹拌装置。
