    するジヤケツトと、このジヤケツト底部の複数個
    所に互いに離間させて配設し前記加熱槽本体の底
    部を前記ジヤケツトによる加熱温度と異なつた加
    熱温度に加熱するスポツトジヤケツトとを有し、
    前記ジヤケツトと前記スポツトジヤケツトとに加
    熱媒体の供給管をそれぞれ接続したことを特徴と
    する食品用加熱槽。
