本発明は煙草フィルターに係り、特に、フィルター中に
粉末又は顆粒状のアルミナ（酸化アルミニウム）を有す

煙草フィルター■乃至喝）を作成し、煙１゛、覧煙中の
ニコチン、タール、アセトアルデヒド、又はアセトンの
除去率を測定したものである。尚、第２図には充填剤種
類、配合、及び測定結果が示されている。第２１ｉ４に
示すように、本発明に係る煙草フィルターの煙Ｉヤ煙中
のニコチン、タール、アセトアルデヒド又はアセトンの
除去能力は比較用煙苧フィルータに比べ著しく大さいも
