タンよりなるコネクタを接続し、このコネクタ内
に前記ケース及び前記筒状被覆体をアース電位に
するハンダ付着性アース端子を付設したことを特
徴とする工業用チタンヒータ。 (2) 筒状被覆体に、この筒状被覆体がコネクタ
側に向つて下り勾配になるように床面から離間さ
せるスペーサが複数個配設されていることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の工業
用チタンヒータ。 (3) 筒状被覆体のコネクタとの反対側端面が対
応形状のセレン板で周囲を溶接することにより閉
鎖され、さらに背後からチタンよりなるキヤツプ
