Claims (1)
- 直流電源からの直流を交流に変換するインバー
タ回路において、インバータ回路への直流の供給
を制御するスイツチ回路部と、直流電源とインバ
ータ回路との間に直列にかつ順方向に挿入される
ダイオードと、このダイオードに生じる電圧と基
準電圧とを比較する比較回路部とを備え、この比
較回路部の出力で前記スイツチ回路部の動作を制
御することを特徴とするインバータ回路の保護装
置。
