図において、１は位置決めテーブル、２は磁気
デイスク、２１はスピンドルベース、２２は磁気
デイスクのベース、４は磁気デイスク部品、４１
はデイスクスペーサ、４２はクランプ金具、４３
はデイスク、５は自動挿入機、６はネジ締め機、
７は上方コンベア、８は位置決めピン、９はガー
ドレール、１０，１１はセンサ、１２，１３は上
下移動機構、１４は下方コンベア、１５は部品固
定用シリンダをそれぞれ示している。
