スイツチ、3はマイクロホン、4は送信電力増幅
器、5はアンテナスイツチ、6はアンテナ、7,
9は第2図に示す特性を有するバンドパスフイル
タ、8は高周波増幅器である。

タンスと前記トランジスタのベース−エミツタ間
の浮遊容量とからなる並列共振回路の共振周波数
が前記バンドパスフイルタの通過帯域の上側とな
るように、前記ダイオードのリードインダクタン
スを設定したことを特徴とする無線機の高周波増
