出器と、上記殻体の上面側を抱持するように断面

に外向きに突出して上記係止用凹段部に係止可能
な係止片が設けられている位置検出器取付部材と
、この取付部材に螺入されて上記殻体の上面に接
当可能な固定ねじと、を備え、しかして上記位置
検出器及びこれを抱持した位置検出器取付部材を
上記取付用溝に挿入すると共に、上記係止片を上
記係止用凹段部に係止して、上記固定ねじを締付
けることにより上記殻体の下面を上記取付用溝の
底面に圧接して成る位置検出器付き流体圧シリン
