Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明はガンの加熱による治療装置に関するものでお
る。この発明の目的とするところは微鉄粉を付着させた
誘導抗体の取りついたガン細胞のみを集中的に電磁誘導
加熱する事にある。従来ガン細胞に選択的にとりつく誘
導抗体に微鉄粉を付着させる技術は完成されていたが、
これをガン治療用に活用する有効な方法がなかった。血
液中のガン細胞について体外へ血液を取υ出し循環式で
磁石で微鉄粉のとシついたガン細胞を取９出す方式が提
案されているがこれは全身のガン治療にはならない。一
方温熱によるガン治療は４２℃以上になると選択的にガ
ン細胞が死滅する事は判っているがガン細胞のみの加温
が難しく全身の温度も上ってしまう欠点がある。
この発明は以上の様な欠点を除去する為になされたもの
であシ、微鉄粉を誘導抗体に付着させこれを患者へ注射
してガン細胞に微鉄粉つき誘導抗体がとシついたところ
へ体外から電磁誘導装置により微鉄粉を電磁誘導加熱し
てガン細胞のみを選択的に電磁誘導加熱により４２　　
℃以上に加熱して死滅させるものである。それを図によ
って説明すると第１図は本発明の概念図であり、誘導コ
イル１．高周波電源２゜温度コントロールコンビーータ
５によって構成される。この他人体へ温度センサーを取
シ付は信号を得たり赤外線によシ人体の温度をフィード
バックしても良い。
本発明は以上の様な装置でガン細胞のみを選択的に加温
死滅させる事が出来、副作用なく効果大なる有用な発明
である。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 微鉄粉を付着させた誘導抗体を患者の体内へ注射し、こ
    の微鉄粉を付着させた誘導抗体がガン細胞に取りついた
    時点で患者を磁界の変動を起す誘導コイル内に入れ、電
    磁誘導加熱により微鉄粉に熱エネルギーを与えガン細胞
    を死に至らしめる４２℃以上にエネルギーコントロール
    回路を有する電磁誘導加熱ガン治療装置。
