- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 発光素子を透光性樹脂で成型してなる発光部ユ
ニツトと、受光素子を透光性樹脂で成型してなる
受光部ユニツトとからなり、 前記両ユニツトは、モールド部の発光面および
受光面に凸レンズ面を形成され、また少なくとも
一方のユニツトのモールド部に両ユニツト間に所
定の間隙を形成するための厚肉部分を設けられる
一方、各モールド部に嵌め合い用の凹凸部が形成
され、かつ前記凸レンズ面を除く各モールド部の
外周を遮光被膜で覆われており、 前記凹凸部を嵌合して両ユニツトを接合してな
ることを特徴とするフオト・インターラプタ。
