- イオン化される金属が充填されるエミツタと、
該エミツタを支持する手段と、該エミツタを加熱
する手段と、該金属を貯え上部に開口を有する坩
堝と、該坩堝を加熱して該金属を液体化する手段
と、該エミツタが該液体金属に浸漬されるように
該エミツタと坩堝を相対的に移動する手段とを備
えたエミツタ製作装置。
