Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. デイスク形の被洗浄物を洗浄するための複数の
    洗浄槽と、上記被洗浄物を収容するためのキヤリ
    ヤと、該キヤリヤを各洗浄槽に順次搬送するため
    の搬送手段とを備えた多槽式洗浄装置において、
    上記キヤリヤを、多数の係合溝を備えた複数の支
    持ローラを凹段状に配設することにより、これら
    の支持ローラ間に多数の被洗浄物を一定間隔で竪
    向きに支持可能に構成すると共に、上記複数の洗
    浄槽の一部を、キヤリヤ内の被洗浄物にそれぞれ
    摺接自在且つ回転自在に配設された多数のブラシ
    と、上記被洗浄物を駆動回転するための駆動手段
    とを有するスクラバ洗浄槽として構成したことを
    特徴とする多槽式洗浄装置。
