熱負荷変動に追随して冷却水の水温を所定の温度

を行う水冷冷却ユニツトシステムであつて、その
定格容量が熱負荷に対応する所要冷凍能力の2分
の1である容量制御手段を備えた冷凍能力可変式
の冷凍機を3基備えて各冷凍機の蒸発器を前記水
循環路に並列接続し、このうちの1基を冗長用の
予備機として待機させ、残る2基の冷凍機を冷却
水の熱負荷出口温度検出値を基に熱負荷変動に対
応して選択的に運転制御して容量制御を行うよう
構成したことを特徴とする水冷冷却ユニツトシス
