街頭販売する場合に好適な食品の保存方法の提供を企図
したものであって、急冷による食品の変質を防止できる
と同時に、保冷作用の持続性を一段と向上し、冷気によ
って変質し易い食品の小売り時における品質を生産時の
ものと同様に保持できるように考慮されている。 しか

冷箱3を密封して上記保存箱1内に収容して本発明を実
施する。 なお、保存箱1と保冷箱3は密封着自在な蓋
体1a、3aをそれぞれ備えていると共に、保存箱1に
は携行のために下げ紐5を取付けてあり、また、保存箱
1と保冷箱3の容積比は5〜20:1であることが実用
上好ましい。 【発明の効果】 本発明は上記の如くであって、揮発性冷媒材による冷気
は保冷箱内を冷却し、この保冷箱の壁面に作用する冷気
で該保冷箱の表面側が次第に冷却され、その結果として
保存箱内を外気より低い温度の雰囲気下に置くことがで
きる。  したがって。 従来より考えられていたフィルムパックの氷塊等による
保冷方法と異なって、保存箱内に収容されている被保存
食品は保冷箱内のドライアイスや液体窒素等の揮発性冷
