Abstract

PURPOSE:To detect whether a body to be conveyed is in a style of packing of less than prescribed size or not by detecting two conveyance-directional surfaces and height-drectional projection of the conveyed body. CONSTITUTION:A photoelectric detection part is composed of right and left posts 4, photoelectric switches 8 fitted thereto, and a projection detection part which inputs output states of the photoelectric switches 8 and detect the conveyance-directional projection of a package. Two photoelectric detection parts are provided in the conveyance direction to check whether there is the projection in the conveyance direction. Further, a bracket 5, roller 6, wire rope 7, and limit switch 9 fitted to the post 4 of one photoelectric detection part constitute a wire type detection part. The wire rope 7 is drawn in three right, left, and height directions and the projections of surfaces in the three directions is detected. Consequently, whether a style of packing is within the prescribed size or not is detected automatically.

姿の異常を検出することを特徴としている。

光したかにより、どの荷が出張っているかが検出できる
。出張りが有る場合、回転灯10が点灯し、また表示箱
ll内の表示灯認が点灯してどの部分の荷が出張ってい
るかを表示する。この搬送方向2面の出張りがなくなっ
たことにより、搬送物を■から■の方向に搬送する。こ
のとき、線状体式検出部は、搬送物の残りの方向の面の
出張りの有無を検出する。もし、出張りを検出すれば、
コンベア2および3は直ち蚤こ停止し、回転灯10が点
灯する。この場合には、搬送物を■に戻し、荷姿修正を
