Claims (1)
- 分流された流体の流量を計測するセンサ流路と
、流路面積を選定して分流比を設定する絞りを有
するバイパス流路とを有する流量計において、該
バイパス流路に該絞りとして層流が得られる断面
形状、長さを有する所定パターンの流体通路を互
いに対向する面の間に有する一対の円板を設け、
該一対の円板の相対的角度位置によつて該一対の
円板の流路パータンの互いに連通する部分が可変
され連通する通路面積または長さを可変設定して
分流比を選定しうるよう構成した流量計。
