Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 モーターシヤフトに、一側に収容室を設けた
    大径なロータを軸着し、このロータの外周に磁石
    を取付けると共に、この磁石の外側にコイルを有
    したステツピングモータの該収容室内に減速装置
    を装着し、この減速装置に連動させて出力部を取
    付けて成るステツピングモーターアクチユエータ
    。 減速装置が、モーターシヤフトに固定された
    回転太陽外歯歯車と、固定太陽内歯歯車と、該回
    転太陽外歯歯車及び固定太陽内歯歯車に連動して
    回転する遊星歯車と、該固定太陽内歯歯車と同じ
    ピツチ円を有し、且つ出力部に連動する回転太陽
    内歯歯車で構成されたことを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載のステツピングモータ
    ーアクチユエータ。
