Claims (1)

子付厚膜ヒータにおいて、前記厚膜ヒータの形状
を前記厚膜ヒータの長尺方向のヒータ電極部付近
で厚膜ヒータの幅を広く変化させた形とすると共
に、前記温度検出素子を前記厚膜ヒータの長尺方
向と交差させて設けたことを特徴とする温度検出
