極とを備えてなるサーマルヘツドにおいて、 前記絶縁基板上には、その縁部が前記部分グレ
ーズ層の裾部に重なるように形成される結晶化ガ
ラスよりなる面グレーズ層を備え、前記発熱抵抗
体及び電極がこの面グレーズ層上に形成されるこ
