PURPOSE:To provide a titled injection sleeve for die casting which improves the cooling effect in the high-temp. part of a sleeve for injection of a molten metal, extends the life thereof and permits the reuse of waste heat by mounting a heat pipe to the outside circumferential surface of the sleeve. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal admitted through a feed port 2 to the injection hole 3 of the injection sleeve 1 is fed to a metallic mold M when pressed P by a plunger. The heat medium of a heat pump is passed from a condensing tank 7 to the heat medium passage 6 on the outside circumferential surface of the sleeve 1 to cool the sleeve 1, by which the life thereof is extended. The heat recovered in the tank 7 of the heat pump is reused by which the effect of energy economization is expected.
