Claims (1)
- 所定の周波数の信号を発振するよう構成した発
振器において、所定の周波数の信号を発振する発
振回路と、該発振回路に電源電圧を印加した当初
のみ雑音電力を生成する起動回路とを備え、該起
動回路はコンデンサとツエナ・ダイオードとの直
列回路をもつよう構成され、該起動回路によつて
生成された雑音電力を用いて前記発振回路を起動
し得るよう構成したことを特徴とする発振器。
