Claims (1)
- 対向する上熱盤と下熱盤の対向面に、上型と下
型をそれぞれ取付け、この上型と下型との間に未
加硫のゴム素材料を介在させ、上型と下型とを接
近させることによつて上記ゴム素材料を変形させ
、且つ上型と下型とを介してゴム素材料を加熱し
て加硫加工を行なうゴム成形加硫装置において、
上記上熱盤の下面に、上型の周囲を囲む非通気性
の耐熱性チユーブを吊下げ、この耐熱性チユーブ
の下端周縁に下熱盤の上面に密着するシール部を
形成し、上記上熱盤、下熱盤および耐熱性チユー
ブによつて形成される気密空間内の空気を吸引す
る吸気口を上記気密空間内に設けたことを特徴と
するゴム成形加硫装置。
