Claims (1)
プの吸込側配管及び吐出側配管に接続されて吸込
側圧力及び吐出側圧力の圧力差を測定する揚程検
出器と、前記ポンプに直列に接続されて吐出され
る吐出流量を計測する流量計と、この流量計によ
つて計測された前記ポンプの吐出流量及び前記揚
程検出器によつて計測された圧力差及び運転状態
に応じて予め定められたポンプ効率によつて前記
ポンプのポンプ軸動力を演算するポンプ軸動力演
算機能と、前記電動機に入力される交流電圧及び
交流電流から入力電力を計測する電力検出器と、
この電力検出器から出力される前記入力電力及び
前記電動機に付属した回転速度計から出力される
回転速度及び回転状態に応じて予め定められた電
動機効率を入力して前記電動機の電動機軸動力を
演算する電動機軸動力演算機能と、この電動機軸
動力演算機能から出力される前記電動機軸動力及
び前記ポンプ軸動力演算機能から出力される前記
ポンプ軸動力の軸動力差を求め、この軸動力差が
予め定められた設定値を超過するときに警報信号
を出力する軸動力比較機能とを具備してなるポン
