側又は吸孔側に圧力計又は流量計を設置し、上記
モータと上記圧力計又は流量計との間にインバー
タ又はサイリスタを介設し、該インバータ又はサ
イリスタに上記圧力計又は流量計による検出値に
基づく制御信号を入力することにより上記モータ
の回転を制御し得るように構成してなることを特
