Claims (1)
- 第１の円筒部材の端部外周面に、円錐形状のベ
ルト摺動部と第１の円筒部材に挿入される円筒部
とを一体に形成したプーリ半体を挿入して、その
第１の円筒部材とプーリ半体の円筒部との端部で
溶接した固定プーリ半体と、前記第１の円筒部材
の外周面に、軸方向に摺動する第２の円筒部材を
挿入し、その第２の円筒部材の第２の円筒部材の
固定プーリ半体側の端部外周面に、円錐形状のベ
ルト摺動部と第２の円筒部材に挿入される円筒部
とを一体に形成したプーリ半体を挿入して、その
第２の円筒部材とプーリ半体の円筒部との端部で
溶接した可動プーリ半体とからなる変速プーリ装
置において、前記第１の円筒部材と前記第２の円
筒部材との端部に鍔部を形成し、その鍔部の端面
に嵌合周溝を形成してその周溝にプーリ半体の前
記円筒部を嵌合し、前記鍔部の外周面に前記嵌合
周溝に僅かな薄肉を存して近接する溶接周溝を設
け、その溶接周溝において前記鍔部と前記プーリ
半体の円筒部とを溶接したことを特徴とする変速
プーリ装置。
