磁気デイスク装置には従来から磁気デイスクパ
ツクを装置に対し簡単に交換できるところの、磁
気デイスクパツク方式の装置があつた。この装置
は磁気デイスクパツクと装置との互換性を確保す
る必要からデイスク板の半径方向の記録密度であ
るトラツク密度が上げられないため記録容量に限
度があつた。そのため磁気デイスクを交換しない
装置が用いられている。第1図はこの磁気デイス
ク装置の概略を示す正面図である。この装置は磁
気ヘツドに浮動ヘツドを採用している。磁気ヘツ
ド群1はスピンドル7によつて磁気デイスク群2
が回転している場合、微小のすき間で浮上してい
るが、磁気デイスク群2が停止している場合、磁
気ヘツド群1は前記磁気デイスク群2と接触して
いる。この状態で長い時間放置すると磁気デイス
クと磁気ヘツドの表面の平面度が良いため両者が
密着して離れにくくなる欠点がある。

When the magnetic disk group 2 is rotating, it is floating with a minute gap, but when the magnetic disk group 2 is stopped, the magnetic head group 1 is in contact with the magnetic disk group 2. If left in this state for a long time, the flatness of the surfaces of the magnetic disk and magnetic head is good, so there is a drawback that they will come into close contact with each other and become difficult to separate.

前記目的を達成するために、本発明による磁気
デイスク装置は、磁気ヘツドがコンタクトスター
トストツプ形式の磁気デイスク装置において、振
動電流を発生する信号源を設け、磁気デイスクの
回転起動時に位置決め制御機構のボイスコイルに
前記振動電流を印加することにより、前記磁気ヘ
ツドを振動させるように構成されている。

まず第1図を参照して装置の構成を説明する。
第1図において、磁気ヘツド群1が磁気ヘツドア
ーム群3を介してキヤリツジ4に取付けられてい
る。またボイスコイル5も前記キヤリツジ4に取
付けられており、前記ボイスコイルに電流を流す
事によつて発生する磁力と永久磁石6の磁力によ
つて前記キヤリツジ4は磁気デイスク2の半径方
向に移動する事ができる。キヤリツジの移動に対
する位置、速度信号はサーボデイスク9とサーボ
ヘツド8によつて、制御回路に送る事ができる。
次に制御回路について第2図を用いて説明する。
キヤリツジ4の移動は制御モード切換回路10よ
り出されるパワーアンプドライブ信号16をパワ
ーアンプ11で増幅し、ボイスコイルドライブ電
流17で行う。キヤリツジの速度および位置情報
を含むサーボヘツド出力信号18は速度検出回路
13と位置検出回路14に送られそれぞれ速度信
号19、位置信号20として制御モード切換回路
10に送られる。制御モード切換回路10ではモ
ード切換信号15により速度の設定、モードの切
換等を行つている。

本発明による装置は、ホワイトノイズを発生す
る回路を設け、上記制御回路にノイズを印加する
ようにしてある。第3図がこの構成を示す位置決
め制御ブロツク図で、ホワイトノイズ発生回路1
0からのホワイトノイズ22はまず、制御モード
切換回路10に挿入される。ホワイトノイズを入
れるタイミングはモード切換信号15によつて必
要とする時に行う事ができる。前記ホワイトノイ
ズはパワーアンプ11を経てボイスコイルに供給
される。これによりキヤリツジ4は振動し、この
振動は磁気ヘツドアーム3、ジンバルスプリング
23を介して磁気ヘツド1に伝えられる。その結
果、磁気ヘツド1が磁気デイスク2に対し相対的
に微小量振動し両者の密着現象を取り除く事がで
きる。
