テーブルは前記Ｔ溝を全周にわたつて覆う形状に
形成されており、旋回テーブルおよび支持枠のい
ずれか一方には、前記Ｔ溝を囲繞するとともに前
記旋回テーブルおよび支持枠のいずれか他方に弾
発的に当接するリツプを有する環状シール部材が
