〈処方〉
The present invention relates to a novel liquid for permanent waving, and more specifically, for permanent waving, the main ingredient is thioglycolic acid containing N-acyl amino acid or a salt thereof to prevent hair damage during permanent waving. It is a liquid. In general, permanent wave treatment consists of a first solution containing thioglycolate as its main component, which has a reducing effect on hair keratin, and a second solution containing bromate as its main component, which has a reducing effect on hair keratin.
This is carried out in combination with the oxidizing action on cysteine residues in the reduced keratin of the liquid.
In this kind of permanent wave treatment,
Thioglycolate, which is a reducing agent for hair keratin protein, and bromate, which is an oxidizing agent thereof, have been frequently used because they produce excellent waving effects in terms of wave formation and sustainability. However, since both of these agents are highly reactive substances, they will more or less reduce the shine, texture, and elasticity of the hair during waving, but thioglycolate in particular has a strong effect on hair, so it depends on the treatment conditions. Hair is often damaged by pimples. This damaged hair is not sufficiently restored by the main ingredient bromate in the second solution, causing hair breakage, hair cut, etc. Therefore, there is a particular problem in the industry regarding the safety of thioglycolate. It was becoming. As a result of various studies regarding the above, the present inventors have found that if N-acyl amino acids are added to the first liquid of the permanent wave, the effect of the main component thioglycolate in the first liquid on the hair is reduced. It has been found that while the hair damage is significantly reduced due to the relaxation, the waving effect is not affected at all and is actually improved. Based on this knowledge, the present invention provides a novel permanent wave liquid containing a thioglycolate as a main component, which is characterized in that the liquid contains an N-acyl amino acid or a salt thereof. be. In the present invention, N-acyl amino acids used to alleviate the effect of thioglycolate, which is the main component of the first liquid, on hair include, for example, N-acetylmethionine, N-acetylcysteine, and N-acetylcysteine. Preferred examples include phenylalanine, N-acetyltryptophan, N-propionylmethionine, N-propionylcysteine, N-butyrylphenylalanine, and especially N-acetylmethionine and N-acetylcysteine. Examples of N-acylamino acid salts include alkali metal salts such as potassium salts and sodium salts, organic amine salts such as monoethanolamine salts, diethanolamine salts, and triethanolamine salts, and ammonium salts of the above-mentioned N-acylamino acids. etc. are suitable. When the permanent wave liquid of the present invention is the first liquid in a two-bath permanent wave, the first liquid
The liquid contains about 3 to 30% of the main component, thioglycolate.
The N-acylamic acid or its salt is dissolved in an aqueous solution containing about 15 to 75 W/W% relative to the thioglycolate salt. In this case, in order to adjust the pH of the first liquid to around 7 to 10, for example, ethylenediamine, piperidine, etc.
PH adjusters such as organic bases such as monoethanolamine, diethanolamine, triethanolamine, and triethylamine, alkali hydroxides such as potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide, and aqueous ammonia may be appropriately included to further improve the wave effect. For example, propylene glycol,
Wetting agents such as butylene glycol, polyethylene glycols, glycerin, wave potency enhancers such as urea, ammonium thiocyanate,
In addition to surfactants such as higher alcohol ethers and higher fatty acid esters, various oils and fats, and higher alcohols, hair nourishing agents, colorants, fragrances, and other substances may be appropriately contained. In addition, when it is a one-bath type permanent wave fixative, the fixative is added to an aqueous solution containing about 2 to 4% W/W of thioglycolate as the main component.
The N-acylamino acid or its salt is dissolved in an amount of about 15 to 75 W/W% based on the amount of the thioglycolate. In this case, as in the case of the first liquid, a PH regulator, wetting agent, enhancer, hair nourishing agent, coloring agent, fragrance, and other substances can be contained as appropriate. In any case, the permanent wave solution of the present invention is prepared by dissolving an appropriate amount of N-acylamino acid or its salt in an aqueous solution containing a thioglycolate, and if necessary, the above-mentioned humectants, enhancers, hair nourishing agents, perfumes, etc. It can be easily prepared by dissolving the colorant etc. appropriately and then adjusting the pH. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in more detail using experimental examples and examples. Experimental Example 1 After waving untreated hair (referred to as virgin hair) using a permanent waving solution prepared according to the following formulation, the degree of damage to the hair was determined by measuring the tensile strength of the treated hair. Examined. The experimental method and results were as follows. a Permanent wave liquid prescription (i) Permanent wave first liquid <Formulation>

The permanent wave first liquid of the present invention was prepared by adding purified water to make the total volume 100 ml. Incidentally, a control permanent wave first solution was prepared in exactly the same manner as described above except that the N-acyl amino acid was not added. (Hereinafter, the same applies) (ii) Permanent wave second liquid 8% sodium bromate aqueous solution was used. b Test sample Virgin hair 15 cm (diameter 0.08 to 0.09 mm) c Experiment method A set of 20 virgin hairs with a diameter of 6 mm
Wrap it into a rod and soak it in the first liquid kept at 30℃ for 15 minutes. After soaking, wash with water and soak in the second liquid for 10 minutes. It was further washed with water and left to dry in a desiccator at a relative humidity of 60%, and was used as a tensile strength test specimen. d Tensile strength test measurement method: Using an Insron tensile tester, the fixed position of the sample hair was 5 cm from the root, and the tensile speed was per minute.
20 mm, and the speed of the recording paper was set to 100 mm per minute, and the breaking weight was determined by reading from the recording paper. The measurement was carried out using 20 identical specimens, and the breaking weight was determined by taking the average of 10 of the 20 specimens, which was an approximate value from the center value, as the load amount per 1 mm 2 of the specimen. (Hereinafter, the same applies) e Results The results are shown in Table 2.
