第１〜第６図は従来の半導体の分離移送装置を示すもの
で、第１図は複数個の移送案内軌条上に夫々接合されて
整列された複数列の半導体を示す斜視図、第２図は一部
断面正面図、第３図〜第５図は第２図の動作説明図、第
６図は第２図の一部斜視図、第７図はこの考案の一実施
例を示す一部断面正面図である。 図において、１は移送案内軌条、１ａは貫通孔、２は接
合された複数個の半数個の半導体、２ａ，２ｃは各１個
の半導体、３は分離移送部材、３ａは爪部、４は半導体
の位置整列の保合部材、５は係合部材の駆動手段、７は
軸受部材、Ａ矢、Ｂ矢は上下方向、Ｃ矢、Ｄ矢、Ｅ矢、
Ｆ矢は軌条の前後方向を示すものである。 尚、図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１） 所定箇所に貫通孔を有する直線状の少なくと
    も１個の移送案内軌条、この軌条上に該軌条の軸線方向
    と同一方向に夫々接合されて整列された複数個の半導体
    、この接合された複数個の半導体を順次１個の半導体に
    分離して上記軌条の軸線の所定方向に移送する分離移送
    部材、一端側が上記貫通孔内を移動し得る上記半導体の
    位置整列の保合部材、この係合部材の他端側に結合され
    、該保合部材を上下且つ上記軌条の前後方向に移動させ
    る駆動手段、および上記分離移送部材を上下且つ上記軌
    条の前後方向に移動′させる駆動手段を備えたことを特
    徴とする半導体の分離移送装置。 ｛２｝ 係合部材の駆動手段は該駆動手段とは別の駆
    動手段によって回転し、且つ軌条の前後方向に移動可能
    な軸受部材に隣接々合していることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の半導体の分離移送装置。
