本発明は瞬間湯沸器における後沸き防止装置に
関するものであり、熱交換器を迂回して設けた副
通水路の分岐部に後述する後沸き防止装置を設
け、通水の初期には上記副通水路に水を流し、数
秒後には副通水路への通水を断ち後沸きを防止せ

タンクで主通水路4途中に配してある。8はタン
ク7から分岐した副通水路5の入口である。9は
タンク7内に導入した入水管、10はタンク7か
ら熱交換器1に至る出水管である。11は入水管
9の先端に設けた絞り部で、前記副通水路5の入

よりも低温となつて給湯される。従つて給湯初期
において給湯口から熱湯が噴出することはない。
而かる後(数秒後)、入水管9から流入した水流
は絞り部11によつていわゆる霧吹き状となり、
円形タンク8内壁球面aに沿つて回転し始めるの
で、副通水路5側は負圧となつて出水管10のみ
から流出する。この状態が通常の給湯状態であ
