で厚み方向の貫通孔が生じるように、熱伝導性絶
縁樹脂でモールドしたことを特徴とする正特性サ
ーミスタ装置。 (2) 前記正特性サーミスタは、厚み方向の両面
にそれぞれ電極を有し、電極のそれぞれにリード
線を接続したもので成ることを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の正特性サーミス
タ装置。 (3) 前記正特性サーミスタは、厚み方向の一面
側にギヤツプを隔てて対向する一対の電極を形成
して該一対の電極のそれぞれにリード線を接続し
、他面側に前記一対の電極に共通に対向する中間
電極を形成したもので成ることを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の正特性サーミ
スタ装置。 (4) 前記熱伝導性絶縁樹脂は、シリコン樹脂で
成ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
1項、第2項または第3項に記載の正特性サーミ

くとも一面側にワツシヤ状の金属薄板を有するこ
